Great location and very friendly people, room was rather hot even during the night, can't complain though! Staying in this apartment in Benidorm was great, with a nice a clean room with a private key, and a lovely bathroom. The host, Maricarmen was warm and welcoming, and made us feel like we could relax. Even though the room did not have airconditioning, and quite a lot of noise from the street below with the window open, it wasn't a major issue when using earplugs.
The sounds were however a natural side effect of the immediate proximity to everything in the city centre, as this apartment was very centrally located, and made it easy to get around to anything. Our stay was comfortable and effortless, and if you consider living here, please make sure to visit the nearby restaurant Venexia, which was recommended to us by Maricarmen.

It is truly a hidden curlinary pearl. Manual and his mum were great hosts and very friendly. He responded directly and also check-in was very smooth. Manuel's apartment was very clean. His family was very welcoming, and we enjoyed talking to them.
It was interesting because we are two Americans and they are Italian, but we talked to each other in Spanish. The apartment was in a great location. The beach and shopping was not far away, but it was far enough away that you could sleep in peace. Manuel's apartment is definitely a great value!

Excellent location and Nathalie is a great host, excellent communication throughout and was very accommodating to our needs. Would definately recommend both the apartment and Nathalie to all. Perfect spot, two minutes from the tapas street and five minutes from the strip. Will be using the apartment again in the future. Apartment is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 3 min taxi to the bars.

Very clean and great comminutaion with the host. Great place to stay - far enough away from nightlife to be quiet but not too far to walk. We had a great time and Nathalie was very helpful. Great that you can also pay for a late checkout. It is much better then on description and pictures! Clean,tidy,lot of space! The owner Lola is incredibly polite,nice, smiley and positive. She made a little gift for our 11 month old daughter and also few tasty and yammi things for us. We definitely recommend this flat to everyone!

Los propietarios muy amables tuvimos un problemilla con el agua y en 15 minutos vinieron para solucionarlo. La situación de la vivienda es perfecta, a 3 minutos de la playa de levante y 6 minutos de la de poniente. Por poner alguna pega, a veces se metía un poco de olor por el patio interior y por la tarde noche se oye un poco de ruido por la calle pero es lo que tiene estar en un piso tan céntrico.

Ma Jose was so adorable, i got my flight canceles last minute, and i boiked at her house, she was kind to wait for me, even if i arrived a bit later than scheduled, even if she didnt talk english she made the efforts of expmaining to me everything. Nice flat in the core of Benidorm, very close to the beach and shops, nightlife etc Maria Jose was very helpful and communicative, she is a very nice person with who you will enjoy having some chats!
Great experience, for sure i will come back!! I had an amazing week at Marias beautiful home. She made me welcome from the get go! She has two beautiful dogs who allways gave me a warm welcome coming back to my room.
Even though I stayed in the old town every night I was in the New Town as it's only a couple minutes a way. My room was very clean and had everything I needed even my own mini fridge! I recommend anyone looking for an affordable stay in Benidorm to come here you wont regret it! The apartment was exactly like the pictures.
