Our stay at Igor's was great. The place is in a great vibrant area, with a lot of shops and bars around, a 20 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. One of the hosts was quite rude on messages. Cost: I didn't feel its worth the price, because they had extra charges for lot of things e. Late check in, to keep luggage after check out, use of AC etc. Amenities : you get full access to kitchen. They have kept minimal required utensils. But make sure you buy water bottles beforehand as they didn't provide any and tap water is not drinkable.

Others: you share the house with lot of other people in other rooms. So expect little disturbance. Overall, it's not a guest friendly airbnb, but a commercial one. But ok to stay if location is the most imp thing for you.

La ubicación inmejorable!! Cerca de todo! Igor's place is beautiful, comfortable and well located. Very close to Catalunya Square and there is a subway station a few streets away, also surrounded by every sort of service. My staying there was good and perfect for my purpose of a fast trip. I highly recommend it. Unica pecca l'asciugacapelli presente solo in uno dei due bagni con flusso d'aria solo fredda e poco potente.

Il resto ineccepibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno la prima sera, la mattina seguente ho contattato l'host che ha immediatamente risolto il problema. Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Cerca del barrio Gótico y del barrio Gracia. La habitación cómoda con baño propio y mucha privacidad. Josep muy buena gente.
