Favourite areas include the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain around the corner, and the quiet old neighbourhood close to Woolloomooloo Wharf. The major museums, art galleries and theatres are also all close by. For the coffee addicts, we are surrounded by the best. Feel good place to stay. Andre is a great host. Good location. Our place is located in a convenient yet quiet residential area of Sydney with very easy access to both the main district of Northern Sydney e. It is a private studio-style flat, separate from the main living space of the house however catered with all the basic amenities including; full bathroom no bath tub , kitchen with all the basic utilities suitable for cooking, 2 beds plus spare mattress if needed and even an outdoor gym.

The apartment attached to our home but separate entrance is 15 min from Sydney CBD, a 2 min drive to the harbour foreshore and golf course, 10 mins to Chatswood, a major shopping hub, and a min walk to cafes, local pub, boutiques, and a 40 store shopping centre. It feels like being in the bush but is close to the city. Good for couples, friends, families, solo and business travellers. It is on the lower level at the rear of the main house but with your own separate entry.

It has large glass sliding doors and beautiful valley views. The living area has a sofa, large screen television with cable TV, an ottoman that converts to a double bed, a reading nook and a work nook with desk and chair. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity. The kitchenette has a microwave, dishwasher, a single induction cooktop, a Nespresso machine, electric kettle, rice cooker and all kitchen essentials. It is suitable for light cooking only as there is no oven.

The private patio has a table and chairs, pot plants, privacy screen and a north facing view. There is an air-conditioning unit for summer and heating for winter. Fast wifi is available. There is a shared laundry if needed. If required, we have 2 travel cots. There is a second toilet in the laundry which has direct internal access from the apartment.
