We loved hanging sitting outside chatting with Walter. Loved the place. Would go back for sure. You can expect to be treated with the best service an air bnb has to offer. Walter and Debbie cooked us a 5 star breakfast every morning. They shared their evenings on the patio with us telling us about the Wineries and History in Oliver. They always made us feel at home the whole trip and that was amazing for my little family and our young 2 year old daughter. We will be back in the future and we recommend this place to everyone and anyone staying in oliver.

Outstanding hosts and breakfast. What a delightful breakfast overlooking the valley and chat with Patti. Two thumbs up and 5 stars! Patti's place was amazing. The view, the bed, the open space, the stars at night, the breakfast - all spectacular!! That breakfast was truly amazing. We would've loved to have stayed longer but we had to keep moving.

Thanks Patti and Family! We are so Grateful to Patti and Randy for opening their homes to us. We got an opportunity to meet Patti and Randy and their cute dog who was a delight. Right after got to the house, Patti greeted us very warmly and walked us to our room. She upgraded us to the King Suite at no charge and gave us a tour. The photos in the listing do not do this place justice - it is such a serene and peaceful location.

Patti made great suggestions and recommendations for places to eat and a great drive we ended up taking to Palmer lake. On top of everything there are such nice touches all over the house and there is SO much history You can see. What a great place! We happily ended up getting the king room.

So nice, with a private bathroom and entrance, beautiful and cozy decor. Patti and Randy are lovely hosts.

We first stayed with them in , so it was fun to reconnect! The room was comfortable and clean, and the house was quiet. Breakfast under the pergola was lovely! Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We had a personal note and homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived. We appreciated the spacious room with a king-sized bed.

The TV was available to use privately in the family room, but we were glad not to be distracted by it in the room. We especially loved the veranda with amazing views of the river and countryside for evening relaxing and morning breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. It wasn't right in Oroville, but on the west side of the river a few miles south.

Ultimately, we were grateful for it's location as the towns didn't have much to offer in ambiance.

There is no doubt that we were glad we chose the peaceful, relaxing Buena Vista over a hotel and breakfast restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. Patti was a great host and the accommodation and country decor is fantastic. The view from the back area is very nice and peaceful. At risk of sounding redundant Patti and Randy are wonderful hosts whom are warm and welcoming. The home decor is elegant and well thought out for this craftsman heirloom home with its rich history. The location is just only slightly off the path but centrally located for the small towns nearby. Patti grew up here and is a wealth of information on the area, she even gave us referrals on where to locate a bucket lift for Robert's work!

There is some road noise in the mornings as people commute to work but it's not detrimental. The room was a bit cooler than I would have liked but the common areas were quite pleasant, especially when Patti stoked up a nice fire in the fireplace for us! We slept well thanks to the goose down comforter and it was hard to peel ourselves out of bed.

If you are planning to be in the area or even just passing through Patti is an excellent host. We enjoy her home and being surrounded by her handiwork. This is a great get away and you will be spoiled by the breakfast! Fantastic stay, spacious home wuth olenty of room for a small group or just 1 or 2. It was a wonderful stay at The Garden Room. The views of the valley and the gardens were amazing.

It is very peaceful. Patti and Randy are great hosts. The room is decorated to make you feel right at home. Patti quilts, and you can see her beautiful work all around. Patti greeted me when I first arrived and explained how everything was set up. The common areas and then, what was included in the room I stayed in. When I made the reservation I was not really sure where they were located. About 2 weeks before my travel i looked it up on the map, and realized I had ties to the home and area. It was wonderful to return and be able to spend time at a place with such great memories.

I am looking forward to staying again when I have more time to really enjoy the grounds. I would recommend staying here for your stay in the area.

A fabulous stay in this lovely heritage building with fantastic hosts and a warm welcome. Modern, clean, stylish in a beautifully restored lakefront house. The location is amazing - nothing like walking out your front door and into that amazing Lake. Already planning our return. Lovely host and beautiful place overall.

Breakfast was great. One word of note, located on a fairly busy street with some road noise. Paula was a wonderful host going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The house was lovely and the accommodations were exactly as presented, the king size bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely try and stay at Paula's again when we are in the Penticton area.

Paula's place is just devine. Amazing historical house with great views of the lake and a beautifully appointed room. The real beauty of this place is the special touches that Paula and Peter provide.

The breakfast was a highlight and the beautiful guest spaces downstairs are perfect for a bit of relaxation What a lovely place and great hospitality from Paula. We would highly recommend it to all travellers! What a great spot! The room was super clean, the bed was so comfortable. The house was gorgeous! The hosts were amazing with so many recommendations on what to do and where to go. Delicious breakfast too!
