The Black and White is located in Centro Comercial Atlantico and is the central meeting point for gay men and women on the island. However, connections to Gran Canaria are so simple it is possible to pop over for a hedonistic night followed by a mornings shopping in Las Palmas and still have Lanzarote as your tranquil base. Inter island planes are about as complicated as catching the bus to your local chippy! Quick, frequent and cost effective they allow you to really make the most of the Canary Islands. There are a couple of sites that provide information for the gay traveller coming to the island but we wanted to go a step further and tell you more about the island as a destination, what to do, what to see etc.
