It had only one single wardrobe with only one shelf for clothes and no drawers or cupboards so had to leave most things in the suitcase under the bed. Desventajas : The music by the pool got a bit annoying after a while.

Ventajas : The location is fantastic with many supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.

The beach is also just at the feet of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and competent and we felt very welcome. Our room was spacious and we had two balconies, both with a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, albeit a little hard and the jacuzzi was always fun to use. We had a bowl of fruits and all sorts of coffee and tee at our disposal in the room. Desventajas : Cleaning was hit and miss. One day they did not come at all. Another day the trash bin remained full and one time the bathroom was not cleaned properly.
The food looked better than it actually tasted. The pool was very cold, serving more as a way to briefly cool down after a few hours in the sun like in a sauna and less as an actual pool where you can swim, chill, play and relax. Ventajas : The location is amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Service and cleanliness was impeccable. We loved it so much we are booking again for next year. Desventajas : There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was fantastic. Ventajas : Loved the location on the bay, excellent pool at the hotel, and the staff were fantastic. Ventajas : Es un hotel clasico, c instalaciones remodeladas Un chef muy bueno. Desventajas : Wifi es mala. Se corta permanentemente El horario d cena termina muy temprano. Ventajas : La amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a los requerimientos del pasajero.
Palladium Hotel Palmyra. Ventajas : The hotel was immaculate, the views were amazing and it's was just idyllic. Desventajas : It was all inclusive adults only, but there were still chavs about intent on getting as much all inclusive alcohol down them as possible. It can't be helped as some people just don't deserve the luxury.
It was no slur on the hotel.

The food selection and quality was one of the best we have experienced in an all inclusive hotel. Desventajas : The restaurant staff were unfriendly at times, we were a party of 4, most tables were set for 2 people, even with 4 chairs if we sat at a table that had been set for 2 the staff would throw place mats cutlery and glass on to the table. No table was set for 4. If we sat at a large table we would encounter rude comments that the table was set for 5 people, so was a no win scenario.
Shame as the food was excellent but over shadowed by the boisterous and rude staff. This said we would stay again! Ventajas : The hotel is just there, they are generous in terms of food.

Hostal Cervantes. Ventajas : The room was very clean and the reception team has been great, gave us tips on where to eat, which beaches to see and helped with renting a car. The hostal is in a perfect location and the possibility to use hostal tropical for breakfast and for the swimming pool is a bonus.
We had breakfast there every morning and the food was very good also the team there has been very nice, always with a smile on their face. Ventajas : El personal de recepción muy amables. A pocos minutos andando del puerto y de la estación de autobuses que conecta con toda la isla. Desventajas : Por decir algo, la recepción necesita una renovación y las vistas al patio no eran muy buenas.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The pool is great and there is the option to eat at Hotel Tropical for a cheap price. The hotel is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in San Antonio! Desventajas : Room cleaning is bad, unfortunately the customers came back in the night after taking drugs and aclool, and they make disasters, screaming like monkeys.

We had a late flight and there were shower facilities post checkout. Quiet location. Good size pool and great bar service. Desventajas : Starting from a very dirty room, nothing was confortabile at all: at the reception people were not so glad to help you, smell of smoke everywhere , incluse inside the elevator. In this hotel there is no a great idea of clean! At the 2 night the receptionist came to stop it! Not suggested! Ventajas : Staff very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Close enough to sunset point and bus station. Staff is really hospitable, after checking out we were offered to keep our luggage and take shower. Nos sentimos como en casa. Graciasmillllll x todo y volveremos.
