Michael's friend Moieses welcomed us and and gave us a tour of the lovely old house on a hill overlooking the bay. Our room had excellent double windows which screened the transportation hub noises beautifully. The bed in the Blue Room is nothing short of heavenly I really liked that we could easily use facilities upstairs and down, and the huge soaking tub downstairs was wonderful. It was a short walk to Little Italy and we had a fine meal..

Next time for sure again!! Solid value for the price, a bit smaller than I anticipated, but that's on me for not being able to tell from the description. Host was great, solid stay. Gorgeous, yet mysterious-feeling restored Victorian gem. The yard might be urban but felt like a secret garden. Awesome view from personal balcony. The apartment is very close to the airport so the noise of landing planes is pretty annoying.

Perfect location. Very clean and private. Highly recommended! Beautiful room, with a very private and cozy patio. Heather was very helpful and gave us a tour of the house as we arrived. The house is within walking distance to many great neighborhoods - we loved that. Michael's cabin was a wonderful place to stay!

We got a tour when we arrived and we had access to the kitchen and wonderful shower and bath in the main house. We only wished we could have stayed longer! We'll definitely be checking in with him for availability the next time we're in San Diego :. The place is okay.

My price on the room was very affordable- which gives it value. Close to downtown San Diego and there is street parking. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. It is perfect and adventurous for those that love spontaneity and an incredible time. I will definitely be coming back! Great people, great atmosphere, great community of people.

Thank you for the company and awesome hospitality :. Excellent location, within walking distance of gaslamp and little Italy. The Farmhouse is such a nice place! I stayed there during a conference I was attending, so I didn't get to join in for many of the fun events that the main house had planned, but from conversations with the other guests I could tell they were having an excellent time.

Lockers available to stow your things if youre gone for the day. Easily walkable distance to the convention center and Little Italy. Had one incident where I arrived back late and the door codes had been changed without notice, but luckily one of my roommates was able to let me back in. First time ever in a hostel and i gotta say it was amazing! Everyone was very welcoming! The area is super chill and ur bound to make some awesome friends!

The photos don't show it, but it is above a liquor store in case you have trouble finding it. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The only issue I had was that the owner did not include pictures of the bathroom and I was not pleased by the condition of the bathroom when I arrived. Jeremy was very responsive. Location is good, central to the area and only a short distance to downtown and quick access to the 5. Market down stairs was convenient. Parking lot right next door as well. This place was very clean and spacious! The location was amazing and the host was very hands off unless we needed something which I really appreciated.
